i am a Shop owner in Louisville Ky, upon looking for a service provider close by, Contacted Mr Howell July 22, appx 11:15am to discuss an issue with our clients damaged Dell MB. Explained to him the Full scope of the issue, and what was needed. Then asked him what he needed from us to perform the repair. I broke my computer screen and dropped it off here to be repaired. The computer is the only way I can stay in touch with my mom, who’s dying of esophageal cancer. She can’t talk anymore. James Howell said that he didn’t have my laptop anymore and told me that I never dropped it off. When I presented my paperwork showing it was dropped off, he said I fabricated it. Then I called the cops and they said that he must return it to me but he once again said I fabricated the document. I was told to take him to small claims court. Y... read more

This company is close to my house and after asking for a quote on fixing the hinges on my laptop I thought the price was good and the business was convenient so I would give them a try. I did not do my due diligence to seek out reviews for this company. I started this process at the end of June and I did not receive my computer back and fixed until late October!
