A one of a kind place in Amarillo Texas. Safe and secure due to the gates. Very kind property manager. Helpful maintenance man. Wi-Fi is already set up all you need is a router. The app makes it super easy to pay rent. Private parking for tenants. Very clean property. The lofts themselves are so beautiful and each is slightly different in design/trims. Open concept with a lot of space. Consider double R lofts as your next home.
I love the place. Huge loft spaces. Big private court yard. It has a fenced private parking lot with security cameras. It has high ceilings, large windows that let in plenty of natural light, modern appliances, and big closets. The layout is perfect for both relaxing and entertaining. The apartment complex is perfectly located downtown close and walkable to everything with easy access to public transport, shops, and restaurants. Everything I need is just a short walk away, which makes life so much more convenient.
I have lived at double R lofts for about a year and absolutely love it. I have a dog so the private yard is great, especially for having people over. The complex is super reserved and quiet, neighbors are super friendly and the apartments are quiet so we never hear each other through the walls. Management is very responsive and so is maintenance! PLEASE READ THIS REVIEW BEFORE DECIDING TO LIVE HERE! I have lived in this place for about a year and a half with my wife. We were originally drawn in by the unique look and spacious layout of our loft. We had just gotten married and wanted to live somewhere spacious so we signed a lease. Unless you have another place to live when it rains or snows, DO NOT LIVE HERE. Anytime it rains or snows, the roof leaks uncontrollably in my unit. It never leaks in the same spot either.
