My company ordered a $100 ($80+ $20 delivery) Peace Lily Plant from FTD to send to my family for the passing of my sister. Double D sent this atrocity to not only the wrong address but it was about 10 inches tall with two cheap foliage plants and a bow that looks like a 5 year old did it. The order was only offered a half price discount on an additional plant. Pic of what was chosen vs what we received.

Thank for the beautiful flowers. I'd most definitely re-due business again in the near future. 10/10 Thank you so much again to the lovely owner to have accommodated me. A true gem.

They did a great job with a basket I ordered on their website. I really liked how full the arrangement was. Thank you!

This is the $135 dollar funeral spray we ordered. To say it is disappointing is an understatement!! I was promised a picture which I did not receive. There was no card on our arrangement( family thinks this is ours) which was promised. All the other arrangements cards were not removed. As you can see the bottom is not even, sparse. Definitely did not meet our expectations!!
