I first started using Double Arrow clinic about four months ago when I took my "new" rescue dog, Tilly to get an introduction and a quick check up. The staff was friendly and extremely competent. Just this last month Tilly fractured her foot and had to have surgery with Dr. Petersen, a highly qualified and skilled surgeon in Hood River Oregon.
