Not only did they spend a good hour with my wife letting her get a feel for a multitude of pistols they really took the time to understand her experience and what she wanted to do with it. Mind you, I was also buying which took more time, but I was so impressed with the effort they put into a new customer buying their first firearm. They did not display any elitist attitudes, they were not bothered by the many questions and concerns she had. Staff were all friendly and professional with me and every interaction I witnessed. Quick to get a lane on a Tuesday evening.
I go to relax and fire off a few rounds, keep my self trained and practice safety. Every time I visit, the staff is accommodating, knowledgeable and will to teach.
