The staff is super informative. I like the fact they take for granted that this is your first time shooting and thoroughly goes over range safety and the proper way to shoot your firearm. I appreciate that since both times I went I was with new shooters.
It was alright overall. It seemed really chaotic and there weren't that many people there. The workers behind the counter seemed a little uptight,not all that friendly. We bought a Groupon deal but they only gave enough ammo for 20 minutes,and the deal came with an hour of range time. That was really stupid but oh well. I was surprised at all the different weapons and gear and accessories you could purchase there though.
Awful costumer service. Very disrespectful, rude staff. My first and last time there for sure. When I told the sales person his respond was " we will get by" with a smug smile on his face.
The guys at Double Action are friendly, helpful & knowledgeable.
The staff is excellent! They're all so knowledgable and ready to help, even if you're just utilizing the range. I highly recommend Double Action for all your firearm needs!
