Poor communications.
Don't back up their own installations. I would stay away from Double A Plumbing (DAP). Had an issue in December where we didn't have hot water. It was off and on until it got worse and we didn't have hot water over Christmas weekend. As DAP had installed the tankless water heater. I called them first thing Monday morning. They insisted I call the 800# for the manufacturer and I did. We learned the tank had a code for obstruction. I went up to the attic and I could hear gargling in the exhaust line.
