Really disappointing experience today at Dotti Rouse Hill which left me saddened! A very regular customer here. Constant price changes have left me frustrated. My complaint was dealt with in an extremely abrupt manner by the manager on duty today . Unwilling to oblige or compromise despite having my receipt . As a support worker, I recently had a very disappointing experience at this facility. I was assisting a client with Noonan Syndrome who required help to change, so we went to use the disabled change room. There was a handwritten sign on the door stating “wheelchair and prams only,” which was confusing and not an official notice. closed early when i walked past @4.23pm on a sunday,, google clearly shows they were open till 5m and staff were still inside
