The two girls who work there make us love going there because of their kind treatment. We go to Dottie Spencer Street Outlet several times, and every time we receive good service and kind treatment from specially “Stephanie” and the other girl who works with her. We thank them and wish them success.
I had a very good experience today. Claudia’s service was superior. I was planning on talking to the manager of the store to pass on my feedback, and found out that she is the manager. I hope the state manager would read this review. I was planning on buying 1 short and ended up buying 3, thanks to her service.
This was the second Dotti outlet that I went to over the weekend and again it did not disappoint. Claudia was so helpful over the phone and in store. Will definitely be back!

I had the displeasure of interacting with a rude staff member with an attitude problem, who certainly shouldn’t be working in retail with her personality. I politely asked a general question about an item of clothing, and was met with a snarky and patronising response. I do not love writing bad reviews, but this was one interaction that made my blood boil.
