Woke up from anesthesia during the procedure. Not happy.
My mom was supposed to be here at 130 for a simple in and out procedure. She finally went back at 515. Only thing they said about delay was they didnt do scheduling, that was the doctors fault. Also kept lieing to every patient about them being next. I hears one of the nurses tell three different rooms the same thing.
Dothan Surgery Center hands down have the best staff, nurses, and doctors. They make your baby going back for surgery so much more comforting how they show love to little ones!
Most professional, fun, and caring group of people both in person and on the phone. They truly make surgery a pleasant experience.
This is the worst business to deal with. They are rude with nasty attitudes. I paid my bill which was a $100.00 and they still sent it too collection and placed it on my credit report. I contact them and was told they could hold my check until 3 months before depositing it but still report it to my credit report as unpaid!
Thank you all so much for the wonderful care I received while I was there. Dr. Guin, Jenna, Michael, Fran, Lauretta, Macey, Chrissy, Jennifer and Angela. What a great experience!
