I was very impressed with our doctor, Joe Frank Smith. The entire staff was very genuine and caring. I was a little worried about not doing my sons tubes at the hospital, but the staff here put my anxiety as ease. I highly recommend this facility.
A compassionate staff of efficient and professional physicians and nurses made my first experience here flawless! Dr. Crittenden is a kind, skilled physician. I would highly recommend Dothan Surgery Center for colonoscopy procedures as well as any other outpatient procedures!
oh my God I don't what the problem was. don't know if it was the dr or what. procedure was good. the waiting was terrible. its like staying at the er all day. the nurses had to keep reminding the dr we was even here. the other patients he had didn't stay as long as I did and believe it are not I am still here. I set my timer and its going on three hours to see the dr after the procedure. recover from a light going down my throat should not take going on three hours. I think next time I will get another dr or get another surg... read more
Dothan Surgery is the best all around for surgery. From the registration desk to the operating room staff they are the best. They were on time, kept my spirits up made me comfortable. Very professional. Can't say enough good things about them. On a scale of 1 to 10 they are off the charts. I give them 100. Thank you for my wonderful experience.
I had a procedure here on 12/20 & foot surgery on 1/29/19. Everyone here is exceptional and very friendly! They treat you like a person and not just a number. Wouldn’t want to go anywhere else. Thank you to the entire staff from receptionist to recovery team.
We had the absolute best experience and I can’t say enough great things about Dothan surgery center. My daughter who is 3, had tubes and her adenoids removed and everyone we came in contact with from reception to nurses were so patient and sweet with my daughter as well as my husband and I. Thank you for taking such great care of our daughter.
Truly some of the nicest people I know. So informative about everything that is going to happen. I would recommend to anyone that is going to have an outpatient surgery.
I can't say enough about this place and the staff! My 4 year old had tubes put in and adenoids taken out and every single person we came in contact with the whole morning was amazing! Even when my son pitched a fit, they never missed a beat and stayed the most compassionate, reassuring people. I'm so thankful!
