It's hard to find Dota Coffee Company with their humble sign outside but if you can find Culina in the Oliver Exchange Building in Edmonton then you've found Dota. Celeste explained the beautiful story of their startup here in Edmonton. It's all brews and pour overs. For the coffee connoisseurs. I have been to coffee shops across this city and truthfully probably consume way to much coffee but there is simply nothing as good as the Geisha from Dota. Treat yourself to the slow pour. It's worth the wait.
