Would not recommend this funeral home. I would like to not even give them one star. Take your business elsewhere! Do not hesitate! No one that I came in contact with that worked at this funeral home showed our family any respect or sympathy. No one in this establishment expressed any condolences to my family. When I met with your mother and brother on Wednesday the first thing I did was express my condolences for them. As far as the flower car, totally my fault. I sure could have handled that better. Cannot stress how horrible our experience was with the older blonde lady. Never got her name, but not surprised she didn’t bother to introduce herself considering how rude & unprofessional she was. I believe her name was Cynthia Gibson from what I gather from the Dossman webpage. The thought of a funeral director who should know better, raising her voice at a grieving family completely baffles me. They treated us with complete respect and concern. They were completely professional from they time my husband’s remains were picked up until the end of the service. They even followed up with on me afterward.
Our loved one passed away December 6, from the time he was picked up that evening, everything was done per our wishes. You couldn’t have asked for smoother treatment . It all went absolutely perfect for a somewhat difficult time . Thank you to Ben Parker who handled it all for us, we appreciated your kind service .
