I am a DoorDash driver, and upon arriving to pick up my order, I was informed that I needed to obtain my own drinks. This situation is confusing, as our app indicates that the order is ready, yet if I have to prepare the drinks myself, I question how the order can be considered ready. Additionally, the staff members who communicated this to me were quite rude. In the future, if I receive an order from this location while dashing in the area, I will choose not to accept offers from this establishment.
Definitely a go to for me.
