I hate chipotle..this place was really nice and huge bowl with food. Loved it !
The manager was off duty pulling up outside and yelled at my kid for standing on the bench outside. We decided to not eat here and instead picked up our food and left.
I rarely leave a review, but I just had the worst lunch experience. I visit the Broad St location all the time and the staff is super friendly, the place is clean, the portions are fair and it’s always a pleasant experience. They had a problem with their online ordering not showing all proteins but wouldn’t take an order over the phone. When I said my grandmother wanted steak but it wasn’t showing she told me to order a different option and she’ll make it how I want. I placed the order and tipped and called back and she said she couldn’t do it how I want and then put me on hold for 15 minutes without coming back to the phone when I asked to cancel the order. I have been a fan of DosBros for several years now. I actually incorporated them into my weekly schedule and now eat DosBros almost every Monday. I have rarely if ever, had less than a great experience. Typically I visit the downtown location here in Chattanooga, or the location off of Paul Huff Parkway in Cleveland. Both great places that I would recommend. Shallowford Rd. location, however, is sub par at best.
