We get this every Tuesday at the Highland Park Farmers Market. Simply the best! The kids absolutely love it too. The Cubanos are to die for, but we have tried several items and lick the plate clean every time. Run by super friendly people. Do yourself a favor and check it out!

The Cuban sandwich is melt in your mouth goodness...very flavorful with all the right fixings served on the perfect roll. The Arroz con Pollo is a unique twist on the classic incorporating Asian fusion which will delight all of your senses and leave you asking for more!! I'm so glad that I can now get my Dos Tierras fix every Tuesday at the Highland Park Farmer's Market...hooray!

Love the food, had Tinga, quinoa salad with plums and tomatos, and chilaquiles. OMG....what a great meal. Smiles on the family's faces. Can't wait the the next plate.

The food kept coming and I kept eating. The combination of ingredients was fabulous! Loved the chicken sandwich with seaweed, the Cuban sandwich so moist it was to die for and the creamy refried beans with a light taste of sweetness where as good alone or as a topping.
