Absolutely avoid this FHT/PHO and try to un-roster yourself if you can get through to them. The administration has been alarmingly unresponsive. My father, who is rostered to Dr. Aleida ter Kuile, has been in consistent pain for three weeks. I have honestly had enough with dorval medical. My doctor who although is great is never in and I have a baby that needs to go to her appointments. I can’t ever get myself seen even though I’m suffering postpartum with my health because I have to prioritize my daughter getting seen instead. Ontop of that, the only competent person at the front desk is Nancy. She is incredible but anyone else I talk to is terrible at booking, change my appointments around without notifying me and claim they tried to call even though there’s n... read more
