We’ve had a great experience working with Sal over the past two years. We’ve appreciated his advice on how to extend the life of our garage when we needed repairs and again now a year later when it was finally time to invest in a new one. He is a straight forward, efficient and personable individual to work with. He made himself available quickly each time we needed assistance. Absolutely amazing!! My mother inlaws opener broke and after contacting someone else who said the unit needed to be replaced and then being very difficult to get a hold to come out , a friend recommended Dortech and I'm so glad they did. Sal came out and since she was on a tight budget he suggested he could fix the broken part saving her a considerable amount. The opener is now fixed and she can rest easy knowing her door is secure and saved money. Will from now on use Dortech and refer Sal to anyone who asks
