Sal provided a great and quick fix to my broken garage. No hidden charges and is true to the quote and estimate provided over the phone. Comes in time on the agreed window. Fix was done in less than an hour and made some adjustments to make things work much better. Would recommend them for any garage door repairs. They are true professionals.

Initially, we contacted Sal for just a GDO install for my in-laws since they are getting older and was still opening the door manually all these time. Sal gave us his honest opinions about the condition of the door along w/ options. We realized that the door was 40+ yrs old, bent and neglected which will be problematic in the future. We finally decided to replaced the door in its entirety to avoid any future issue. Call Sal from DORTECH and he responded back within an hour or less. Book a time when J was available at home. He arrived as planned and proceed to repair my garage as quoted/estimated on the phone earlier. No up selling just honest advice and assessment of the state of my garage door. He. Even fine tuned the spring tension for no charge. I highly recommend this service and Sal as a honest, no BS repair man.
