This company does not follow state regulations on informing the customer with a written estimate. They do not even call a customer with a verbal estimate. Plus, they replace parts that are not requested to be replaced and charge outrageous amounts for parts and labor. The up-charge for parts on just rear brakes I had done was double to triple the cost of purchasing them at a parts store. Horrible customer service from Greg on the phone. Called in regards to competitor pricing and info on details of a alignment. Told Greg the price from a competitor was $ 60 he said there's starts at $80 I asked what all they did when aligning this particular vehicle for that price. I told him also what other company had quoted me, he then stopped talking and hung up the phone saying there price starts at $80 and goes up to $200. 0 stars for Dorr Standard. When i dropped my car off to be repaired after talking to the Mechanic and he stating over the phone what work should be done - it is not fixed. The only option for us is to pay the high fee per hour to have them diagnose the issue and then fix it. Shouldn't that have been done in the first place? i have never been to a shop that wouldn't look at a car before they tear it apart. The mechanic and management refuse to work out a deal or even entertain that they did anything wrong. Will never take any... read more
