They would not accept a payment from one of my insurance company's, so now I get to wait 90 days to get refunded from my insurance company. I didn't even call them. The money I used was our grocery money. I even informed the manager that did the tow that I had issuance to cover it. They just want their money. And, screw customer service. I would never use their services again.
It is great to have a great place to have my vehicles repaired.
I have been bringing my vehicles here for years, always great service.
A person on Facebook is telling of a 180 tow bill for a short tow . I guess when the police call for the tow service they can charge whatever they want. TWO THUMBS DOWN!!
Made an appointment to get car checked out before leaving for Florida. When I arrived was just laughed at by the BP gas station female clerk and some Service guy. They said no one could look at my car, that they were all out (except for the guy smirking at me in the station) and couldn't do anything for me. No apology and no calls from them earlier to let me know before I loaded up my kids in the car. Won't be taking my car here again--such rude customer service.
You need to turn them in to the state and they will investigate.
