RecommendedGreat service!! I had a no start tonight, and after spending 40 minutes outside in the hot sun on the phone with my insurance road side service, she finally dispatched Dorr Standard for a jump. When my car still wouldn't start, the amazing driver got his hammer and got under my car to hit the starter and was able to get it started. I had a feeling that might be the problem, but after he went above and beyond, I knew for sure and was able to buy a starter and get it to my mechanic. Thank you so very much!!

I have had many vehicles over the years worked on and have been happy every time. Friendly staff.
If I could give no stars, I would! This shop is rude, accusatory, and without a doubt unprofessional. My fiancé has had them replace an engine TWICE within two months time. The only reason he went back the second time was because of the warranty he had through them. They were quick to judge when he brought it back the second time and said he was ‘red-lining’ the car and the engine blowing up was ‘all his fault.’ Keep in mind that this engine was giving him issues within the first week of having it replaced the first time. well if they tell u that the part isn't good, and tell u to get the part, they should be able to put the part on for you. well here's what happened with the car, the engine tensioner bracket bolt that holds the tension pully sheared off, we tried to have it tapped. Dorr Standard tried to tap it, and said it was crooked when he tapped it, and we needed a whole new engine tensioner bracket, we also had to buy a new tension pully. Thank you for checking our vehicle out today after Ed Koehn Ford of Wayland rotated the tires and forgot to tighten the lug nuts down! Pulling the camper this weekend will be much safer now! And to think, we only came in for a nail in the tire!
