Dr. Szczepaniak is very abrupt and comes off as very rude. She's very rushed and doesn't take time to answer questions thoroughly. She often refers to lack of staff as the reason wait times are so long. Overall I wouldn't recommend her.
Unfortunately after spending over a month waiting on referrals requested for our child with special needs, we communicated our unhappiness about Dr. Szczepaniak, we were then asked to find a new pediatrician being told our child was too complex for her office to handle our child's needs.
LOVE LOVE LOVE Dr. Szczepaniak. She is so nice kind and friendly. Really listens to us. Our opinion does matter to her. Both my kids see her and both love her. I couldn't ask for a better pediatrician for my kids. She exceeds herself and is very smart. Such a nice lady!
Such a wonderful lady. She was always so friendly and upbeat and my child really responded to that. She was very patient and answered all questions! Unfortunately she left her practice and is now working for Riley Childrens Hospital. She will be missed and I am having a very difficult time finding another pediatrician that compares to the high quality she gave.
