Bought my GE appliance package from here. Got the best price on the package that included fridge, stove/oven, microwave, and dishwasher. The fridge was a floor model that had an issue with the bottom freezer ice maker. Dormont appliance sent out a service tech multiple times to try and repair the issue. After unsuccessfully repairing the issue they replaced the fridge with a brand new one and delivered it to my house and removed the old one. Great Experience Here I first purchased a washer( and got a rebate on the delivery) I then went and purchased a washer/dryer for my daughter. She was not ready to accept delivery, so they offered to hold it until she was ready, and only then did billing begin. Delivery time took longer than we had expected, they called to ask about delivery and were having a sale and offered the sale price. We got delivery(and the rebate too). You can get some good deals here But you have to look closely. This is another option beside your usual big box department stores that sell appliances. I thought their customer service was OK (greeted quickly, followed up to see if we had any questions) , but I found equal or even cheaper deals on appliances at the usual stores. Delivery on most appliances here is $20, but you don't get a chance for a rebate (read: free delivery) like you can at those big home improvement stores. Local Appliance store This is a small local applicance store. It is much bigger inside than you would think from seeing it from the street. They have a great selection of appliances and friendly staff. Parking is just what there is on the street so that may be a bit of a concern.
