You can get some good deals here But you have to look closely. This is another option beside your usual big box department stores that sell appliances. I thought their customer service was OK (greeted quickly, followed up to see if we had any questions) , but I found equal or even cheaper deals on appliances at the usual stores. Delivery on most appliances here is $20, but you don't get a chance for a rebate (read: free delivery) like you can at those big home improvement stores. Local Appliance store This is a small local applicance store. It is much bigger inside than you would think from seeing it from the street. They have a great selection of appliances and friendly staff. Parking is just what there is on the street so that may be a bit of a concern.

Great Experience Here I first purchased a washer( and got a rebate on the delivery) I then went and purchased a washer/dryer for my daughter. She was not ready to accept delivery, so they offered to hold it until she was ready, and only then did billing begin. Delivery time took longer than we had expected, they called to ask about delivery and were having a sale and offered the sale price. We got delivery(and the rebate too). First purchase was 90 days same as cash,2nd 1 year same as cash. They were very friendly and stayed... read more

small selection This is a locally owned appliance store. Parking is on street and often diffacult to find though there is a bank accross the street... The selection is all name brand, just not a large selection.

Sales associate Tom Meiers is a very professional and knows his job.Tom took care of what I needed with patients and took his time. He solved all the issues I had. It is very nice to deal with someone who doesn’t rush you . I would recommend Dormont Appliances and also recommend Tom. Very Good Customer service.

I got a refrigerator from you through Dlc. it was repaired once now needs to be repaired again. I called no one has call me back yet. bad appliance.

I called in a bit of an urgent situation for a new washer for my business. Not only did Heather quickly identify the products that fit my needs and go through them, she was able to get the delivery scheduled for the next day! This is my first experience with Dormont Appliance and it will definitely not be the last. Thank you for all of your help, Heather!
