I asked them to replace my front driver side rim...after I left I realized they replaced the wrong one...when I came back the lady at the counter was rude and they made me wait 2 hours in the waiting room before bringing my car in. I would have thought they would get my car fixed right away and apologize since it was their mistake.
RecommendedI continue to be impressed by the service provided at this location. My husband and I take both our vehicles here. The hours are great, the customer service is awesome, and they are upfront with pricing and timing expectations. Car maintenance is never a favorite chore of mine, but they make visits easy. They have a nice waiting area with comfy chairs, windows to view them working on your car, and an arcade to pass the time. The extended evening and weekend hours have also been super convenient.
Quick, clean service. $44 for a works package that costs $89 at Valvoline. In & out in 45 mi utes.

Told me it would be an hr for an oil change, had it done in less than 40 min with three cars ahead of me. The hour didn’t bother me because they have a game room with pinball machines. My kids and i were kept busy while waiting! The game room was a fantastic idea!

Thank you for taking care of me and my flat tire! There are no other tire places open at 7:30am which is why I stopped here. First time customer. I was impressed with the staff and the lobby/waiting area. I went up to the counter at least 4 times because I kept forgetting something, Chris was always friendly and accommodating. I was very satisfied and will definitely be back.
