Both of my vehicles get serviced by Dorian. Had an issue with my MKZ and a few associates had some troubleshooting difficulties since it was having a rare problem. Chris, the manager came in, diagnosed the problem and quickly offered me a solution and fair price ( servicing the next day!) Would highly recommend!!!

The staff was friendly and the waiting room has a game room so that was cool, The service was fast and good so what's not to like.
The people were very nice, they were quick, they answered all my questions and gave me quotes for my car.

I just wanted to thank Chris and the crew at Quick Lane for taking such great care of my daughter’s car. Their attention to detail and persistence helped to fix the problems. I trust Chris and his crew and will come back for any issues that our cars need fixed.
Even though my oil change & tire rotation appointment was not showing in their system, they took my vehicle in right away and about 40 minutes later I was on my way, despite their appearing to be pretty busy. The Works service package is a deal at $49.95 & tax. I paid more at Valvoline for an oil change only, no tire rotation.
