Repaired washing machine OK. Technician changed too much for little work he did. The invoice has one item of parts & labor, charging tax on all the amount. Note: sales tax should be on parts only, not on labor. I will no use their services again.
They called before arrival, they were on time and they replaced the compressor to our LG refrigerator. Only issue is the late afternoon they were going to make the repair they came back with the incorrect compressor and it had to be done the following day due to the time of day. If not i would have given them 5 stars.
Alex wouldn't look at my appliance! I scheduled to have my LG range looked at this past friday, its now tue. Upon arrival I explained to Alex the things another company and I did to try and fix my range and that the last companies tech wasn't very knowledgeable so I decided to call his company hoping to get someone more knowledgeable.
