I’ve had many blood tests but this was the worst She wrenched the needle around in my arm for some reason just before she removed the needle after she took the sample I’ve never experienced this before I think she took a dislike to me as I had trouble emailing my details to her in the office Very rude, no conversation, blunt and didn’t even say bye She is the tall young blond girl and another patient waiting agreed with me The other lady seemed very nice Never again

Great service as always at Bridge St Bendigo . Lady that took my blood was friendly, professional and so good at taking blood that I didn’t even feel the needle. Perfect.😀
* staff member was rushing * second staff member invited the next patient in before I finished getting dressed after an ECG Not good enough.
Attended pathology appt today. There was no wait and I was in and out quickly. Happy!
