Show up early. Short staffed and unpleasant. Filling out the forms factors into your arrival time. Insane. Waste of gas, guess I should have scribbled through the forms they shouldn’t have had me sign to begin with.
Love my therapist and nurse, as you can probably tell from the rest of the reviews, it's the front desk/scheduling staff that's lacking.
They don't answer the phone and don't help children at all
From the moment of walking in today I was nervous. I was greeted by the security guard and the lady at the front desk was nothing but nice and respectful as well as greeted me. I went to have a talk with Nochelle who is amazing and if there is anything I can say about this office is that it is heartfelt and warming and can’t wait to see what my other appointments hold in the future!
This place and the people working here have no compassion for the people they’re working for. You prescribed medication that SHOULDN’T be stopped abruptly and won’t answer calls or return calls. Won’t send refills for the said medication. How do y'all expect people to have some type of normalcy when you all are not even caring enough to do your job!
