This place and the people working here have no compassion for the people they’re working for. You prescribed medication that SHOULDN’T be stopped abruptly and won’t answer calls or return calls. Won’t send refills for the said medication. How do y'all expect people to have some type of normalcy when you all are not even caring enough to do your job! I think mostly the therapists are not professional, from what they said till the attitude. they are nice and friendly, but definately not professional therapists. they can be there sitting and talking to you like a friend but not a therapist...
DO NOT GO HERE! If you miss therapy you will get your case closed and to reopen it you’ll have to start over . Does not matter if you’ve been going for awhile they treat you like they do not know you . Also forget about getting your meds right after they do a new intake , because you will not get them when you need them . They’ll have you going to another crap place and pay a lot of money.
