Living at Dorchester Apartments is the perfect residents. The building is quiet and always clean. The resident managers are always available, friendly and accommodating. I have been supported beyond what I could have expected.
We have lived here for over 5 years and found Realstar to maintain the building well. Our superintendents Mike and Michelle and assistant superintendent Bob do a great job with keeping the building clean and are quick to address any problems with our individual unit. We’ve been living in this apartment for over a year now, and we’re still very happy with our decision to move here. The place is always clean and well-maintained, from the floors and lobby to the surrounding areas including the parking lot, which has plenty of space for both tenants and visitors.
