We had our car in the shop for over a month and you were not accommodating to help us get into a rental. Found out from our dealership that you had lied to us about our extended warranty being maxed out so it didn't cover a rental. Not true! It goes by mileage! Also our blue tooth and radio has not played since we picked it up.
