We have had a wonderful experience buying our car here. Gil the manager was wonderful working with us , giving us an excellent price on our trade in and new vehicle. Our salesman Christian was very easy to talk to and very knowledgeable about the car we purchased . I absolutely love the lifetime oil changes and the free car wash . I would definitely recommend anyone looking to buy a new car to come here . They made the entire experience effortless and stress free. We will most definitely be repeat customers.

oil changes for life with the purchase of a vehicle (except diesel). Sale personal are fun and friendly; especially Bob! He really cares about the customer.
These people are dishonest as an employer. My friend worked for them and was fired the day after she told Roger D'Orazio her dad had cancer. Without warning, without notice, and worst of all... without paying her for work done. Run the other way!!!!!!!!
If I could give 0 stars, I would. As a previous employee, I was not provided my final pay check due to unauthorized deductions. On top of that, I was owed a bonus check that I also never received. I was told my "position had been eliminated, but two days later, someone was in that position, all after letting management know my father was ill with cancer. Horrible... I have reached out on numerous occasions with no response from these people.
Put deposit on vehicle Thursday and told the salesman I would be in Saturday to pick up the vehicle. Got a call Friday from the sales manager saying they had sold the vehicle. Very poor way to do business. Save your time and go elsewhere.
Gabe was the salesman I dealt with buying my 2014 Ram 1500, he is a good honest salesperson. There was some discrepancies in my final sales contract that I didn't catch till I got home that were minor. I went back and the issue was taken care of swiftly. Free oil changes for life (every 6k mi) and a Dealer 4 month bumper to bumper and I added a 3-36k mi Ford premium bumper to bumper (yes on a Ram) warranty so no worries buying used at D'Orazio Ford. Great local small town dealer will buy from again.
What a fantastic experience it was to work with Christian on the purchase of our new Town and Country van. He was extremely knowledgeable and very easy to talk with. and the paperwork portion was a breeze! Thank you to everyone for being so accommodating and super friendly.
