I have been with Doren Clinic for over 15 years. Love all the staff and doctors. Today we got to meet Dr. Carroll and she was amazing with my daughter. My daughter is 14 and Dr. Carroll explained everything very thoroughly, provided a comfortable space for “awkward “ conversation, was patient with all the questions, provided comfort and guidance. We had a great experience with Dr. Carroll and my daughter really liked her. We will be seeing her again. Thank you, Dr. Carroll.
I've been going here since I was in high school and now I'm in my early 30s. I've seen Dr Gessner for both my pregnancies and have always had good experiences. Only reason I'm giving a 2 start review right now is because I had bloodwork done 2 weeks ago at my appt to check something important in my opinion and still have not heard back. I even called last week and was told they'd leave a note for the nurse and still have not heard anything. Just kinda frustrated but overall I still like going here for the most part. Since HIPPA, the doctors and staff at Doran will listen you ANY story the child tells them without any input from parents. They will accuse you of abuse if you try to find out why your child is going in for an appointment. They want the parent to pay the bills not knowing what they are paying for. Do not pay the bills. You are not obligated to pay for anything that you did not give consent, and is fraud. If anyone wants to be part of your child's medical care, go elsewhere.
