Great family weekend. Love the hotel and the views overlooking the golf course. Love the sports pub!
The place was very friendly and family oriented. A little expensive, but what isn't in NY???
Omg.. Very disappointed. Are room never cooled down so we had to sleep with the window open. We ordered room service and they did have a creamer substitute. Beds are very uncomfortable and the lighting in the bathroom vanity area is so bad. The water in the shower is super hot one minute and freezing the next. The regular restaurant was closed for some reason so we went to pub my friends order fried cheese which they said was frozen and gross I am vegan so I ordered the pasta and I sent it back...no words. This was seriously a disappointing overnight. Never told us they had sledding so we had 3 kids with no snow gear. Made s'mores over an unattended fire pit. Not to mention no snacks at the "movie" located in a room the size of s closet. Spoke to management, not an apology. No heat in room. Went to eat at "pub" and they asked us how long would it take us to eat before they would seat us. Sad because this establishment has the potential to be a great weekend getaway. Never again and will never recommended to others
