It's been almost 17 years since I stepped through the doors of the Doral Arrowwood and that was as an outgoing AV Manager from 1998-2000. I was pleasantly surprised to see some of the same great people have remained. Also as a former Benchmark Hospitality employee for 8 years, (DCC), I can honestly say the service, ammmenities, staff, food and accommodations were all outstanding and consistant with Benchmark's commitment to excellence. Well done! Made my little homecoming a greater than expected experience.
Good for a short getaway from the hustle and Bussell of NYC. Was shown Good hospitality and Service
Old carpet, moldy and generally needs a serious overhaul..
The too felt damp & sticky. The toilet wasn't working when we first checked in. I called & was told someone would be right up. I went off to the wedding I was attending & 6 1/2 hrs later toilet still not working, another call &. 20 minutes later someone finally came
