Purchased yearly maintenance package for 2 yrs. Told me this year it is about time to replace the ac unit. Gave me a verbal quote on the spot. My son-in-law, a hvac tech from out of town, come to give me a quote. He showed me that my ac unit and furnace had not been properly maintained for years. One panel had not been opened since install. I called the company and left a message for the service manager. It has been 2 weeks with no response. Seems like they are more about generating sales than true customer service.

I received a call this morning from Thomas, service manager at Dor-Mar. We discussed the reasons for my previous rating. He apologized but came short of accepting responsibility. He did, however, work with me to come to a mutually acceptable resolution and then he took an extra step in earning my business. Time will tell, but it looks like mine was an isolated incident.

I contacted Dor-Mar last year to put a new Air-Conditioner in because the old one had ice build up and it went kaput. They came within a day after signing the contract. I was impressed with Ben and Matt, they took their time to make sure the leveling of the unit was right and that the air flow was on point. I have been using DorMar for the past 23 1/2 years. When we started with them Greg was the guy we dealt with. Now Steve has taken over and followed in the fine tradition set by Greg of honest, reliable, customer service oriented, and competitively priced business. Garrett came & analyzed our hot water heater. Very courteous, professional, & knowledgeable. Made the assessment since our unit was older and had sediment, probably needed a new unit. Will install in three days.
