My Torsion spring was broke, I could not get my car out of the garage, I had an important meeting I needed to get to, called Tony and he shuffled things around quickly and was able to come rescue me, Great price, did not try to sell me unnecessary parts, very satisfied.
I heard of the Doorman Company through my father and gave them a call. Tony did a great job. Came to fix a broken spring on a Saturday morning after a Friday afternoon phone call. He took about an hour to get it done and gave me helpful advice to maintain proper functioning and longevity of the door. I will definitely use their service again and recommend them to anyone who needs service. The price was right and he paid attention to detail to adjust the door so it was working perfectly.
A bad customer service experience. Hope he gets is right the first time or will complain not making money. "I'm in this business to make money" then you get cursed at. Then no service for an out of adjustment door.
Excellent service, super fast, best price and good people.
