Complete lack of transparency. I would not recommend working with them if you’re a strata
Rude employees with little to no experience in installing garage doors. I would not be suprised if the majority of these reviews were fake judging by the fact that most of them only have one review ever posted. They installed the garage door slanted so it sounds like it’s on its last legs every time it opens or closes. To top it off they forgot to install weighted sensors so now visitors cant leave the building without owner accompanying them out. If I could give 0 stars I would, avoid this company.
Doorcare is the perfect name for this company because it really is all they care about The employees of this company are truly heartless, they’re working on my buildings parkade gate right now and when my cat had a medical emergency they blocked me from bringing them to the vet for life saving help. Great experience with the Door Care team. We had the door installed needing adjustments, they adjusted the door and installed two wall mount motors. From the installer to Rachel from office, we felt that they were all extremely professional and made us feel so taken care of. Amazing work Doorcare team! This task was pending for us for too long and we are very thankful for your care and attention.
