Roger was friendly, professional, thorough and just a joy to engage with - he did a great job replacing the torsion springs on my garage door that had broke -- with a loud bang -- and came by again several days later to check when I noticed there was some squeaking sound, and he resolved that too! The world would be much better place if all service professionals are as pleasant to deal with as Roger!
