charlatan, worst in the business – DO NOT DO ANY BUISNESS WITH DONYA TRAVEL at first his prices seem cheaper than the rest to attract the customer, only later u find out what you are in for not only does he give you the tickets the last minute but also he charges you an extra $200 "because of the price of gass" thats after u've already paid for the tickets like 3 weeks in advance. i have talked to other agencies and they have confirmed that he is the worst him and armetis, do not buy from them they often take people's money,... read more

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, STOLE MY MONEY, one word AVOID!!!!!!!!!!!! – Mr. Defaee(Fred) , the owner, was never available/free to resolve my issues....very rude.....stole my money.... took over two months to book a flight don't waist your time

Will Ruin Your Vacation--don't use! – i should have listened to these reviews but this person was recommended by a family friend! He is the worst travel agent i have ever had! he took my money months in advance but didn't send me my information or plane tickets until THE DAY BEFORE i was scheduled to leave. worst of all, he doesn't answer his business line and his cell number shows up as anonymous when he calls you so there's no getting hold of him. avoid this agency unless you like having headaches and being under tremendou... read more

WORST agency--ruined vacation – This "agency" ruined my vacation! The travel agent did not send my payment to the hotels and instead of telling me, just let me find out for myself in spain!!! I got there and was kicked out of my hotel the next day due to lack of payment. I was forced to check in at another, more expensive hotel as a result because no other hotels were available. Now the agent refuses to refund my or reimburse me for the unexpected expense. you'd be better off planning your own vacation.

Avoid this Agency! – This travel agency is unprofessional and does not confirm itineraries on a timely basis. I should be in France in 5 days and my travel agent has yet to send me my itinerary. To make matters worse, they don't pick up their phones--office or cell. Terribly unprofessional and unreliable. Don't leave the fate of your vacation in their lazy hands!
