I had purchase a car in the past and now they will never stop calling me for promotions and such I didn't ask for. The reps on the phone are extremely pushy and don't listen to the feedback given I had hung up abruptly twice with them because I said now is not a good time (they call me during peak work hours) but they insisted it would only take a minute to read their script I don't have time for this and this is extremely off putting for your company to be doing maybe use your actual sales reps instead of a third party call... read more

The complaint now is also about the dealer, the manager called me when he first got to know about my complains and he wants to fix the truck and supposed to call me back And never did. I got the same problem twice. I be been dropping this car at ford Kitchener to fix so many times and spending my time. This F-150 that I bought 6 months ago only brings me problemas.
