Sorry to say this I had a really bad experience with DONWAY FORD, I have drop the car for major service and my car was super clean interior & exterior is very clean after the service they given me the car super Dirty and lots of scratches on front passenger dashboard area and my Matt is very dirty at the same time I show to the guy who’s on the front desk in service department, and he said they will do a interior clean after some time, but who will fix those scratches and I paid $1042.00, I couldn’t pick up my kids from scho... read more
