I have been a regular of this store for over 7 years. I was there yesterday afternoon when an older lady was bring rude and abusive to the staff members. The young manager but nothing but patient and professional and bent over backwards to try and please the customer. I on the other hand, after being rudely interrupted twice, while trying to give my order spoke my mind. The 3 young women who were working are a credit to your store.

Normally choosing a ‘cafe’ for my coffee, I opted to try donut king at Greenhills as I was craving a hot cinnamon donut. I was so impressed with the coffee and now grab my caffeine hit there when I’m shopping. Donuts were hot and fluffy. Even though the staff were busy, they were still pleasant. I appreciate they are working quickly to serve people as quickly as possible.

I have been going to donut king since I moved into the area 4 years ago and I have always had a good experience. The food is always fresh, staff friendly and in a good location in the centre. I always look forward to being able to grab a sweet treat from here after I’ve done my shopping at Cole’s.

Absolutely disgusting. Seeing cockroaches in the kitchen at Donut King is beyond unacceptable — it’s revolting. This is a food business, not a pest habitat. The lack of basic hygiene is shocking and shows complete disregard for customer safety. I was so put off that I couldn’t even eat. No one should be serving food in these conditions. Until this place is properly cleaned and inspected, people should stay far away. I will never be coming back.
