Always love the hot chocolate with freshly made donuts! Staff are very friendly and great service.
Wasteful of food , very wasteful , i work in the center i walk by at closing and they just throw all the food out . Why not donate it to shelters or places that take food donations , or do a special at the end of the day .
Spent $40 at DK and asked for a cup of hot or warm water to heat my baby’s milk bottle. The staff refused due to “safety reasons.” I then offered to purchase a cup of tea, but the young girl rudely refused, assuming I would use it for the same purpose. Even when I asked if they could microwave the bottle for 30 seconds, I was told no. She was incredibly rude throughout the interaction, which made the experience even worse. Went to a nearby café instead, and they were incredibly helpful—disappointing service at DK.
