The young girl working seemed to be doing all the work this Friday afternoon. Sad to think she probably gets paid less then the two older ladies doing nothing

Not many donuts left when we were there around 1 on a Saturday. Lots of people waiting to be serviced or get their drinks. We were there during summer school holidays when the bay is really busy

Yes Kelly, it happened again, took Dad out for a Mocha and before I ordered, it was 4.40pm in the afternoon, don't be expecting to sit down at a table and chairs here if you order a coffee here especially after 4.30pm because they are packing up even now it's daylight saving. You won't get a good reception. They really expect a nearly 92 year old man, that my Father has arthritic hands to be holding a takeaway cup of coffee sitting on a bench seat outside Coles that he has a risk in dropping and making a mess on the floor ay... read more

So the customer service from the older lady at Donut King is disgusting.,extremely rude . Took an elderly gentleman out this afternoon for coffee for community access. When arriving at the store, younger girl was packing up the tables . I asked if we could still get a coffee . Staff said yes . I asked the older lady if we could sit at a table .her response was you can sit over there pointing to a bench seat out the front of cignel. Closed at 5pm despite their website saying 5:30. If those aren't your opening hours, change them. It's not hard to stay open during your opening hours. I drove for over an hour to go to Donut King only to be told I've been lied to by the business
