Customer service at its worst. Do not smile when serving customers. Don't even know how to say thank you or how are you or even to say how was your day. People go there not just to have coffee but to have a good morning and meet smiling people

I can see why this place has 3.5 stars, the customer service is terrible. When I ordered what I wanted, it was as if it was an inconvenience. While I was waiting I watched customers stand there and wait to be served and walk away because they weren't served. Even though there was a staff member available
