Dr. Rakesh made sure that I was very comfortable and relaxed all through the treatment. He is a doctor very proud of his work.
I used to work a job that would require me to sit for very long hours. It didn’t take long before I developed back pain. Soon it turned chronic, and most medications I took didn’t help. My reprieve came when a friend referred me to Dr Rakesh. The therapy and medication he gave me eased the pain within the first week. He then advised on lifestyle changes to make, and in a month, I was well and strong. My life is much better now, thanks to him.
Dr. Rakesh is one of those docs I would strongly recommend to someone with spinal issues. When I first booked an appointment with him, I could barely walk. A month later, the pain was gone, and I had gone back to my regular work routine.
It a world-class service. Besides Dr Rakesh, whom I found super-friendly, everyone at his office was really friendly to me. Jackie deserves a pay-hike for her exceptional customer service skills.
Jackie the scheduler admonishes and blames. Dr. Donthenini is wonderful. I'll be looking for a different surgeon next time because a successful surgery experience is only as good as the reliability and helpfulness of the doctor's staff in the end.
I accompanied a friend to see Dr Donthineni twice. He viewed her MRIs and proclaimed that surgery was essential, not optional. We waited for the date to be set for approximately two months, constantly calling his office and being put off for no specific reasons. Finally he let it be known that he did not feel he should do this surgery. In the meantime my friend was falling regularly and made at least 3 visit to the ER. Nov. 2019 I was referred to see this Dr. by my knee Dr. As what others have said he come in talks for 10min. and off he goes says I need an up dated MRI. Now its a little over 2 1/2 mounts later and I have been calling his office for the 2 mounts they dont return my calls . I get a notices in the mail from my insurance co. for an MRI it was rejected they didn't fill the paper work out right. 3weeks later I get another notice again his office fills it out wrong. an hour and 15 minutes past my appointment the doctor breezes in for at most 10 minutes spends most of his time staring at the computer, schedules another MRI and off he goes
He doesn’t listen. He’s obnoxious and condescending. Had my doctor not referred me to him, I would’ve thought he was a fraud. I would never wish the pain I go through on anybody but wish there was a way to simulate it so Doctors like him can be open minded and compassionate.
