Told me my rental was due back at a specific time and then when returned on time they told me I owed more money. Very helpful when picking up the rentals and then very rude and dishonest when dropping back off.
Good place to rent tools that you need for cutting and trimming hedges or trees. If returns are a little late, they don't charge you. People are friendly and knowledgeable.
