Customer service aggressively hung up the phone on me. Uncalled for.
Had some trouble at bounce a palooza... the machine ate my money but they sent me my refund as soon as I called them. Thank you, most places wouldnt even care.
Love this place.
I put my money in the soda machine and the soda got jammed in the machine, so I called their repair # and they came out to fix it within 15 mins ... now I call that FAST SERVICE!!
