10/10! from the receptionist, Jen, to the relatively timely manner, to the communication- whole experience was exceptional. i was under a whole lot of stress, and they took great care of me & my car.
Worked with them through my insurance. Weather damage. It took a couple months to get me in for paintless dent repair. Major hail storm so whatever I wasn’t in a hurry. Courteous, and I think what I liked the most is the active communication. They let me know what was happening every step of the way. Love too that Enterprise picks up and drops off here.
