People very polite. Workers were professional. Product is great so far! Just a bunch of little issues than needed addressed over and over again. Some stemmed from the sloppy ai they use: misspellings, randomly inserted characters, etc. Communication issues throughout... and a couple inconsequential parts missing from my appliance. Nothing that hinders the product, just silly and annoying. I would still use them again, but now I will be expecting a less than smooth experience . Not a big deal.
Wow! Don's appliances and their team of installers provided quick, efficient and thorough removal of an extremely heavy 48-in Wolf dual oven. The guys, Alexy and Leo, were extremely helpful and friendly and performed their work flawlessly.
Very happy with my experience. They came back out to make adjustments. The technicians were so kind and competent. Highly recommend.
The salesman David was patient and took his time helping us pick out a new gas range. The atmosphere was very pleasant. The delivery personnel were very professional.
A definite 5 STARS. You guys have been the best to deal with. I should have known better when I went to a Big Box store for a new refrigerator. I will always come back to you for whatever I need for my home. The delivery team was exceptional. They came in, looked the situation over, and started getting ready.
