Don’s is awesome. So much better than Lowe’s or Home Depot. Andrew from the North Hills store is a real homie and the installation guys were awesome as well. I’d love to call them out by name but sadly my mom greeted them when they arrived and I didn’t catch them. Alas, I find I have two complaints, though I certainly won’t let them impact my star rating. 1. Their AI chat bot is named JILL when obviously it should be called DON. I thought my refrigerator was a good one. Four months into it the bottom freezer is not working. Repairman came and had to wait a week for a new control panel. He came today and this repairman said it was a gasket not the control panel.. but now we have to empty it all, unplug it so it defrosts to be able to use the frig. What do I do with all my food!!!!! We are not happy at all. I would give it a minus star!!!!

I purchased a new kitchen refrigerator/freezer side by side from Don's. Don's exceedlingly capable service tech, Dan, had tried to keep it running over the last 2-years, but after 31 years of making cold, it finally was time to move on.
