We were looking for a particular model microwave and found it as soon as Silas learned what we wanted. From there the paperwork was completed expeditiously and the sale was completed in less than 45 minutes. Delivery was made on time and Manny and Michael took care of installation with no issues. After hearing some recent horror stories about Buying appliances at the big box stores I went to Don’s Appliance. I couldn’t have been more pleased. The salesman, Silas Bright, was friendly, knowledgeable, and straight to the point. Answered all my questions, did not try to upsell me and was very organized with the facts and Necessary paperwork. The LG Signature Washer and Dryer are beautiful. The two young men that installed/delivered them were fabulous. They were very careful, very engaging and did a spectacular job!!
I have purchased my last 4 appliances from Dons appliances, all with the extended warranty, this is the 1st time I have had to try to use it. My LG refrigerator quit working, so I called the service department to get it fixed. The women who answered told me my warrant had expired, to which I replied that I still had 4 years left on the compressor warranty. She continued to give me a hard time till I read the receipt and the clause from the book, to which she responded that it only covered the compressor and not any labor. I ... read more
