Great experience from sales, to delivery and installation. Gabby and his partner made the delivery and installation, without a scratch on anything in my house or the new refrigerator. They also were very knowledgeable, and even cleaned up and took all the packing material with them when they left. All in all a great experience from our salesman Silas, to the installation. Going to Don's appliances was a good move so far, and I will recommend them in the future.
Just had an LG DOUBLE OVEN installed. Billy and his colleague were efficient, knowledgeable, professional and respectful. The oven is gorgeous! Double win today! A big shoutout to Hannah at Don's whose research and savy regarding LG was very appreciated. Thank you.
Great experience purchasing new appliances from Dons Appliances on McKnight Road. Our sales associate , Dave, was very knowledgeable and provided details regarding each appliance and the pros/cons of brands we were considering. I appreciated the timely delivery as well. The app used to notify us when delivery truck was arriving was very helpful as I have a dog I needed to remove from the house. This is my third time shopping at Don’s appliance. I’ve had them install a washer dryer combo and my gas stove. I also had them deliver my new dishwasher. All of my experiences have been exceptional. They were able to get me what I wanted and at comparable price to the box stores. They were also able to deliver or install much faster. They will be my first stop for my next appliance need.
