Sales experience was excellent. However, the installation experience was not. Installers arrived wearing headphones into the house. Did not have tools to check if power was off (voltmeter), so I used mine to make sure. It was a tight fit but he made it fit, but he removed the insulation jacket and said it wasn’t necessary. We ran a load Saturday and the unit is noisy. Please send someone else instead of Omar. To pull the unit out and replace the insulation blanket. It was after 5:00 and they were anxious to finish and leave.
Excellent service and a great deal of cooperation to make us satisfied with their products. I would highly recommend Don’s to buy appliances. This is our second time dealing with them,
Dave was very helpful no pressure showed us the best value for the type of washer we wanted. Great warranty. Delivered in 2 days The delivery guys were very efficient and courteous
