Andrew my salesperson was knowledgeable professional polite. He listened to my concerns and needs. He did not try to pressure me to buy something I was not looking to buy which was most refreshing. Installation and delivery date was agreed to with no problem. It was a very good shopping experience. Installation was on the day and in a time frame agreed to.
